Leading Meursault producer Xavier Monnot is known for his wines' elegance, complexity, and fruit purity.
The smells and flavours of ripe melon, hazelnut, and lemon custard are typical of Meursault wines, which also tend to be wider and more textured than wines from nearby towns. Small French oak barrel ageing contributes toasty and vanilla aromas.
