Xavier Goodridge Pa Pa Pinot Noir

Hailing from the lush regions of Mount Gambier and Heywood in South West Victoria, this wine marks Xavier’s inaugural flagship creation, designed to bring joy with every sip. As Xavier proudly puts it, this is everything a Pinot Noir aspires to be! Crafted with precision, the grapes are meticulously destemmed and undergo a stainless steel fermentation for 2-3 weeks. Post-fermentation, the wine is gently pressed and aged in a harmonious blend of stainless steel and seasoned barrels before being filtered and bottled in August. Simple, yet stunning.

This Pinot Noir dazzles with its translucent, bright ruby hue. The nose is an enchanting bouquet of cherry blossoms, rose petals, and hibiscus, interwoven with savoury notes of fresh hazelnuts, gamey undertones, and the earthy aroma of a damp forest floor. On the palate, vibrant cranberry and tart cherry flavours mingle with a delicate hint of sweet kirsch. Its light body, savoury finish, and uplifting acidity make it irresistibly drinkable—a true testament to elegance and approachability.
