About This Wine:

Fortunately, we have sixteen distinct blocks of Shiraz, each with a unique blend of clones and rootstock. Each of these blocks undergoes distinct fermentation, ageing, and hand-picking. The greatest are included in our collection of single blocks. At the top of the north block is Block 8. This block was barrel-aged for 30 months to enhance the wine's depth and blackness, resulting in exceptional flavour and structure.
