Woodstock Pilots View Shiraz

This current release displays attractive, vibrant, youthful fruit aromas with some oak complexity continue onto a luscious palate with lingering flavours. Soft supporting tannins add complexity to the animated flavours which will grow with cool cellaring for 15 years or so. Although such long cellaring will be well rewarded, decanting and aerating this wine will help to quickly prepare it for those less patient.
