This Gutswein-level Riesling delivers a remarkable portrait of its origins: the limestone-rich soils of Westhofen. Rigorous manual labour in the vineyard and traditional fermentation in large wooden barrels establish this wine’s pedigree as a “true” Wittmann. Citrus, grapefruit and wild herbs in the nose.
