Harvested in the cool of the night to retain its delicate aromatics, this bright and zesty Sauvignon Blanc bursts with intense notes of passionfruit, gooseberry, and citrus, all underpinned by crisp, refreshing acidity. The fruit is carefully crushed and pressed into refrigerated stainless steel tanks, where it undergoes a precise fermentation process using selected yeast strains to enhance flavour depth and structure. Light-bodied and dry, this wine is best enjoyed between 7C and 11C, making it a perfect companion for warm afternoons and fresh seafood dishes.
