“The Bomber is a different blend this year. This one is roughly 50% Shiraz, and 50% Cabernet. So, there’s more cab’ in there this time. But there’s still a few other grapes in there too- Sangiovese, Malbec & Grenache.” Ian Rathjen Whistling Eagle winemaker & owner

This rich blend has been one of our most loved reds. Boasting baskets of juicy, forest berry fruits followed by smooth, velvety tannins.

Ian doesn't list percentages of the grapes used, they taste and choose the best wines to go into the blend with the aim that the result is an approachable (and delicious), all-rounder.
