About This Wine:
After destemming and crushing, the wine undergoes maceration and fermentation on the skins for 7-10 days in submerged cap roto-fermenters. Following a brief period in wood for malolactic fermentation, La Gemella is primarily aged in stainless steel tanks. The result is a wine with impressive concentration, a distinctive smoothness, and a nose of vibrant red fruit. Its lively acidity perfectly balances the depth, creating a wine of remarkable elegance and allure.
