Two Tonne TMV Pinot Noir

This wine is produced in Tasmania's Tamar Valley (TMV). The valley begins just south of Launceston and travels 50 kilometres north to meet the mighty Bass Strait. Made from several locations, the goal with this wine is to showcase what is felt to be the distinguishing qualities of the Tamar Valley subregion. Each vineyard is collected at the optimal moment, giving in a rich and lively pinot noir with red fruits and spice notes. It has tenderness within its warm centre, a trail of freshness, and closes with strawberry seed-like tannin. This is a real picture of the valley, since it is produced from all four of our own locations as well as two devoted growers.
