Two Tonne TMV Chardonnay

The wine is made from five different locations in the Tamar Valley, each with its own set of characteristics and microclimates. These sites represent what we enjoy best about chardonnay from this Tassie subregion. The palate is fresh and expansive, having been picked at the perfect moment. On the palate, there's a beautiful sea spray flavour that leads you into delightfully ripe peach and lemon curd. The wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation, and the acidity is clean and lengthy.
