About This Wine:

Corvina 70%, Rondinella 25%, Corvinone 5%

Crafted using the traditional Ripasso method, this wine undergoes a second fermentation on the pomace of Amarone, imbuing it with remarkable depth and complexity. Following fermentation in stainless steel for around 15 days, it undergoes re-fermentation for 12–13 days before maturing for at least 18 months in large Slavonian oak casks, and finishing with six months of bottle age.

A brilliant, deep ruby red in the glass, this Ripasso is rich and inviting from the first swirl. The nose is intense and spice-laden, offering seductive aromas of cherry compote, cured tobacco and cracked black pepper, with a subtle earthy undertone.

The palate is full-bodied and finely structured, delivering concentration without excess. Silky tannins glide across the mouth, lending a sense of elegance and balance. The finish is long, smooth, and gently warming, carrying lingering notes of spiced red fruit and savoury complexity.

A superbly crafted Ripasso that beautifully bridges power and finesse—an expressive reflection of Valpolicella’s unique tradition and terroir.
