Three Dark Horses Chardonnay

Sourced from the renowned Osmond Vineyard in McLaren Vale, this Chardonnay shines with a rich straw hue, offering an enticing bouquet of citrus zest, ripe melon, juicy peach, and a hint of nougat. The palate is beautifully rounded and textural, unfolding layers of vibrant citrus, luscious melon, and delicate vanilla bean. Crafted with precision, the juice is cold-pressed and oxidatively handled before resting in tank. After a three-day cold settling, it is transferred to oak (50% new) for wild yeast fermentation, then aged in barrel for eight months with regular lees stirring, enhancing its complexity and depth.
