The Hero of Zero Blanc de Blancs NV (Preservative Free)

A fantastic preservative-free Sparkling that is both fresh and lively. It reveals itself in the glass with a persistent bead, displaying citrous and apple notes with a somewhat nutty character. The palate is flavorful and has an excellent phenolic hold before a refreshing acid finish. Ideal with an antipasto platter.
