Complex and exquisite aromatics of raspberry, cherry, rose petal and violets. The palate is velvety and seductive. It boasts a beautifully clean fruit taste with a hint of mineral acidity on the end. The Northwest block of Grenache is the purer of the two blocks planted at Stonegarden in 1858. It's virtually mostly Grenache, with the odd Mataro vine here and there.
