St. Laurent Gin 700ml

Every month, a small percentage of St. Laurent Gin production is diverted to old whiskey barrels. The famous Gin flavored with seaweed becomes the St. Laurent Vieux Gin after resting for more than a year in oak barrels. A gentle and aromatic approach: the juniper expresses itself slowly and without astringency, then gives way to long grass, pepper, and candied citrus notes. The seaweed infusion leaves a lingering woody finish that is slightly salty.
