After whole-bunch pressing Viognier for a white wine, the skins are thoughtfully combined with a select batch of Shiraz. This co-fermentation weaves the two varieties together, creating a harmonious blend. Dark berries and plums meld effortlessly with soft undertones of peaches and apricots. The vibrant, balanced, and textured flavours have matured into a wine that is both engaging and refined.
