Sieber Ernest Shiraz

Sieber Vineyards, part of the third-generation family property "Redlands," is nestled on the rich red soils of Western Barossa. Originally a cropping and grazing farm, the estate is owned and operated by Richard and Val Sieber. The Shiraz vines have thrived in harmony with the land, with this connection beautifully expressed in the fruit.

Aged for 20 months in a mix of new and seasoned French and American oak, this wine embodies the vibrancy of Barossa Shiraz. It’s a full-bodied, richly flavoured red, showcasing the region's signature spicy plum fruits and offering great textured tannins.
