Shaw & Smith Pinot Noir

Hand-harvested and meticulously sorted in the vineyard, about 80% of the grapes are gently destemmed at the winery. The fermentation process is slow and careful, preserving the fruit’s elegance and finesse while achieving perfect flavour and tannin extraction. The wine then rests for approximately 8 months in French oak barrels, gaining complexity and structure.

Enticing aromas of spice, dark cherry, and wild brambly notes leap from the glass. The palate is taut and textured, brimming with refined tannins and the vibrancy of cool-vintage fruit. It exudes a graceful power, evolving beautifully with each sip—an understated masterpiece that blossoms in the glass.
