This naturally sparkling wine is a vibrant blend of Riesling (harvested 15th February) and Marsanne (harvested 1st March). The fruit was whole-berry pressed and fermented naturally at cool temperatures. The ferment was stopped at the perfect balance of sugar and acidity, with 10g/L residual sugar remaining. Bottled under crown seal, this Pet Nat continues to evolve, with yeast lees enhancing complexity and mouthfeel. Colour | Cloudy golden straw. Aroma | Candied lime and zesty lemon sherbet. Palate | Bright citrus energy meets a textured palate, delivering a refreshing, ever-changing drinking experience. Best served chilled.
