Sourced from organically certified blocks in Springvale (830m altitude), this wine showcases the best of both varieties. Hand-picked at dawn on 15th March, the whole bunches underwent carbonic maceration in open fermenters for 14 days before being gently pressed. Aged on lees for four months, it was bottled unfiltered for maximum texture and expression. Colour | Cloudy straw. Aroma | Tropical fruits with warming notes of ginger and marmalade. Palate | Juicy pineapple and spiced ginger, supported by a long, mouth-filling texture and soft white tannins.
