A unique blend of organically farmed Pinot Noir (harvested 8th March) and Gamay (6th April) from high-altitude sites (700m-900m). Whole bunches underwent wild fermentation in open fermenters, with carbonic maceration enhancing fruit purity. The wine was gently pressed into stainless steel and aged on lees for four months, building a silky texture before bottling. Colour | Cloudy magenta. Aroma | Dark cherries and plums, with a hint of fresh raspberry. Palate | Vibrant red fruit, supple tannins, and a velvety, lingering mouthfeel.
