About This Wine:

A captivating blend of organically farmed Pinot Gris (hand-picked 12th February) and Gewurztraminer (6th March), grown at elevations of 700m and 900m. Whole-bunch fermented with wild yeasts, the grapes underwent 18 days of carbonic maceration before gentle pressing. Aged on lees for three months to enhance its rich, aromatic profile. Colour | Cloudy watermelon. Aroma | Vibrant cumquats, rosewater, and musk. Palate | A luscious mix of marmalade and tangerine, with a long, textural finish.
