See Saw Balance Sauvignon Blanc

Harvested in the cool morning on 17th and 18th February, this Sauvignon Blanc was whole-berry pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel to preserve its striking aromatics. Aged on light lees for three months, the result is a beautifully textured, expressive wine. Colour | Steely green with a hint of straw. Aroma | Vibrant grapefruit and fresh nashi pear. Palate | Zesty citrus and juicy fruit meet a soft, textural mouthfeel. A bright, fresh acidity provides impeccable balance and concentration.
