A delightful twist on Prosecco, this sparkling rose gains its enchanting pink hue from a touch of Pinot Noir, also sourced from Annangrove Park. Picked on 13th and 14th February for optimal flavour, the juice was cold-settled before undergoing a slow, cool fermentation to enhance its vibrant fruit profile. Colour | The prettiest pale pink blush. Aroma | Lush strawberries and red delicious apples intertwine with classic Prosecco notes of lemon sherbet and green pear. Palate | A lively dance of red berries and crisp apple, finishing refreshingly dry. A joy to drink!
