See Saw Balance Rose

Crafted entirely from the revered 777 Pinot Noir clone, this rose is a true delight. The fruit was handpicked on 24th February from the high-altitude Balmoral vineyard (900m) and gently pressed after six hours on skins to extract colour and tannin. A long, cool ferment preserved its fragrant aromatics, followed by five months on lees for added complexity. Colour | Light watermelon pink. Aroma | Strawberry leaf, red cherry, and a hint of pink peppercorn. Palate | Silky and textural, with delicate red fruit and a refreshing, creamy mouthfeel.
