The juice was cold-settled before undergoing a long, cool fermentation with a neutral sparkling yeast, preserving its delicate fruit aromatics. Aged in stainless steel before bottling, this wine is crisp, fresh, and irresistibly lively. Colour | A fine, persistent bead with a soft pale straw hue. Aroma | Bright lemon sherbet, crisp green apple, and delicate florals. Palate | Vibrant green apple, honeydew melon, and zesty lemon pith deliver intensity, while a dry, refreshing finish makes this the perfect aperitif.
