A harmonious blend of four Pinot Noir clones (MV6, 667, 115, and Abel), grown across three high-altitude vineyards. Selectively harvested in the cool morning, the fruit underwent a cold soak before fermenting in open-top fermenters. Gentle hand-plunging ensured a delicate extraction, followed by maturation in French oak for several months before blending and bottling. Colour | Bright cherry red. Aroma | Red plums, mulberries, and a subtle touch of savoury oak. Palate | Juicy red fruit, lifted by baking spices and finely integrated tannins. An elegant and versatile Pinot for any occasion.
