About This Wine:

Hand-harvested from Annangrove Park in the early morning, this wine was crafted with minimal intervention. Whole-berry pressed and fermented in stainless steel for 10 days, it then matured on lees for six months, adding depth and complexity. Colour | Golden straw. Aroma | Nashi pear, candied lemon, and a touch of spice. Palate | Medium-bodied with a luscious texture, showcasing ripe pear, quince, and a lingering, savoury finish.
