Sourced from the premium vineyards of Coole Park and Balmoral in Orange, this Chardonnay was whole-berry pressed and transferred to seasoned French oak puncheons for fermentation. Fifty percent of the parcels underwent malolactic fermentation, adding a subtle creaminess while preserving the wine's bright acidity. Matured on lees for six months with fortnightly stirring, it offers refined complexity and structure. Colour | Straw with a youthful green tint. Aroma | White nectarine, lemon curd, and delicate white florals. Palate | Vibrant citrus-driven fruit with a long, precise acid line. Lees stirring adds texture and depth, creating a wine of elegance and balance.
