Rusden Black Guts Shiraz

Nestled snugly in the deep Vine Vale sand, beneath the eastern Barossa Ranges, lies the Rusden Vineyard. Once known as Bethany Sandscrub, this area was carved out of lush woodland by early pioneers, adorned with cypress, blue gum, and wattle. Our treasured old vines are meticulously tended by hand, honoring tradition and ensuring their vitality for generations to come. With a minimalist approach to winemaking, we strive to authentically capture the essence of each varietal.

Introducing the eagerly awaited 2021 edition of our esteemed Black Guts Shiraz, a hallmark of Vine Vale from a vintage of distinction. The nose tantalizes with notes of violet, graphite, luscious liquor-soaked berries, aniseed, and spices. Opulent yet refined, this Shiraz embodies the essence of Eastern Barossa fruit, boasting rich flavors of dark cherries, nuanced spice, and hints of mocha seamlessly integrated with oak.
