This Shiraz is crafted with precision, undergoing a four-day cold soak before fermentation in open pot fermenters, hand-plunged to enhance complexity. Aged for 14 months in French oak (40% new, 60% seasoned), it shines in a bright plum hue. Aromas of dark cherry, ripe plum, and vanilla invite you in, while the palate bursts with blueberry, allspice, and a fine tannin structure that lends crunch and length. A beautifully balanced wine, showcasing both richness and vibrancy.
