A delicate touch of blush, naturally derived from Pinot Gris skins, gives this wine an alluring presence. The juice spends 12 hours on skins to develop depth before fermenting - 20% in barrel for richness, 80% in stainless steel for crisp precision - followed by nine months in 30% new French oak. Aromas of nashi pear, white peach, and apple lead into a palate brimming with cantaloupe and nectarine, complemented by an oily texture that adds weight and intrigue. A beautifully poised expression of the varietal.
