Whole-bunch pressed and fermented on light solids, this Chardonnay is beautifully expressive, having spent nine months in French oak (30% new, 70% seasoned). A pale straw hue hints at its finesse, while aromas of guava, green apple, and nectarine create an inviting bouquet. The palate unfolds with layers of honeysuckle, lemon curd, and cashew, supported by a delicate minerality that lingers with a refined, wet-stone character. A wine of balance and complexity, seamlessly integrating oak influence with fresh vibrancy.
