Destemmed and whole-berry fermented, this Cabernet Sauvignon undergoes a four-day cold soak before wild fermentation in open pot fermenters, followed by 14 months in French oak hogsheads (40% new). Deep plum with a purple hue, it reveals aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry, and vanilla. The palate is rich and layered, with luscious blueberry and dark cherry notes, underscored by mocha and fine, structured tannins. A bold yet elegant wine with impressive depth and persistence.
