Crafted from a mix of whole-bunch pressed and destemmed parcels, this wine sees partial barrel fermentation with 10% malolactic fermentation to soften and round the edges. Lashings of bright citrus, ripe peach, and crisp green apple dance on the palate, leading to a delicate, creamy finish with just a whisper of oak. A beautifully expressive and approachable Chardonnay.
