Riversdale Estate Pictor Winter Harvest Riesling

Hand-harvested on the 15th of June to concentrate sugar and acidity, this wine was gently pressed over 24 hours before fermentation in French oak and six months of maturation. The nose reveals enticing aromas of rockmelon, pineapple, and dried apricot, lifted by delicate spice from oak ageing. The palate is luscious yet beautifully balanced, with elegant sweetness and vibrant acidity delivering a refreshing, lingering finish.
