The exceptional Reyes de Aragon Cava range, crafted by the prestigious Bodegas Langa in the Sierra Vicor, hails from Calatayud instead of the traditional Penedes, allowing for unique experimentation. By incorporating a significant proportion of Chardonnay rather than the usual Xarel-lo and Parellada, they achieve a higher quality akin to Champagne.

This Cava, with its straw colour and fine mousse, presents an expressive bouquet of tropical fruit and toasty brioche. On the palate, honey and nut flavours meld with the fruit, enhanced by fine bubbles and delicate acidity, creating a delightful mouthfeel. We believe it offers outstanding value and a flavour profile more reminiscent of Champagne than traditional Cava.
