Red Edge Degree Shiraz

Since 2002, this drink now, fruit inspired Degree Shiraz blend is a contrast to the bigger, more tannic Red Edge Shiraz style. The 2019 version is a combination of our lighter bodied younger vine Shiraz which is co-fermented with a small amount (4%) of Riesling, and blended with 9% Mourvèdre. Matured for 2 years in older French oak barriques before bottling in March 2021.
