Red Claw Pinot Noir 750ml

Handpicked in March, each parcel was meticulously sorted and handled separately in the winery. Destemmed with 10% whole bunches, the fruit was gently guided into traditional open fermenters, where a three-day cold soak ensured optimal extraction. After 5–7 days on skins, the wine was transferred to French oak puncheons (500L) for 10 months of refinement before blending and bottling in December.

A harmonious blend of Pinot Noir clones—MV6, G5V15, 115, 667, ABEL, D4V2, and 114—this wine exudes perfumed aromatics of cherry and red fruits, layered with delicate spice and subtle French oak. The palate is long and silky, balancing elegance with a plush, velvety texture, finishing with finesse and poise.
