Rameau d'Or Petit Amour Rose

Beautifully pale pink with delicate notes of strawberry, rose petals and white flowers. Grenache provides the plush, juicy fruit on the palate while the Syrah adds a twist of spice, a touch of acidity and some pretty blue-toned pink to the colour. To ensure the delicate berry aromas, bright fruit flavours and balanced acidity in the final wine, the grapes are picked early and pressed immediately. The pink-tinted juice is transferred to chilled tanks to optimise the fresh berry-fruit flavours and keep the fermentation process under control. It is this control from start to finish that results in this elegant Provence-style wine that is a delight to drink.
