Pt. Leo Estate Non-Vintage Sparkling

Pinot Gris with a minor percentage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were selected from a variety of blocks. The fruit was cooled overnight before gently whole bunch pressing the next day. After 36 hours, the clear juice was transferred to another tank for primary and malolactic fermentation. Following a brief period on yeast lees, the final wine was bottled. This wine is intended for early enjoyment on any occasion. Aromas of pear and peach, with touches of fresh flowers and bread, define a palate of fine bead, elegance, and freshness. Flavours are comparable to the aroma, with good length and persistence. A very easy-drinking sparkling wine.
