Presqu'ile is a family-owned winery nestled in the Santa Maria Valley, focused on crafting exceptional cool-climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah from Santa Barbara County. The vineyard is meticulously designed and planted to create a diverse mosaic of blocks, each showcasing varied clones, exposures, and elevations.

Aged 11 months in a blend of 60% neutral French oak and 40% neutral Austrian oak, followed by 6 months in stainless steel, this Chardonnay embodies the elegance and depth of the sandy soils found in the western Santa Maria Valley. Traditional and natural techniques—native yeast fermentation, native malolactic conversion, and sur lie aging—are employed to elevate the wine’s distinctive character, highlighting a harmonious interplay of richness and vibrant energy that speaks to this unique region.
