Greenish straw in a pale shade. strong scents of white flowers, lemons, limes, and just a hint of pineapple mixed with fine dry herbs. a lengthy, rich flavour profile with notes of lime, grapefruit, and fresh rosemary. The soft natural acidity in the finish balances the flavour and minerality of the wine, which is delightful right now or will improve with medium- to long-term cellaring.
