2014 Peregrine Ridge American Oak Blend Shiraz

Depending on the vintage, this wine is aged in American oak barrels for 18-21 months. The use of a high amount of new wood (60-100%) to create this full-bodied wine type, which is ready to enjoy earlier than the Limited Release. A bouquet of black plums, vanilla, and sweet spicy oak, with a taste of powerful lifted dark cherries, rich sweet plum, and spicy vanilla oak. This wine type is well balanced and has a mellow, lingering aftertaste, making it ideal for early consumption and medium-term cellaring.
