This is the Penderyn Celt, which is finished in peated barrels, producing a delicate, beautiful whiff of smoky peat. 
This new Penderyn whisky begins its life as any other from the distillery, ageing in American oak before spending the last few days taking up a particular smokey taste from barrels that previously housed peated whisky. The smoke is gentle and complements the delicate and airy nature of Penderyn.
