About This Wine:

A sophisticated blend of Shiraz (48%), Grenache (48%), and Mataro (4%), aged for 12 months in French oak. Deep and inviting, the bouquet brims with ripe red cherries, cranberries, and forest strawberries, interwoven with notes of sage, thyme, and dried bay leaf. A whisper of star anise, balsamic richness, cacao nib, and cedar adds depth. The palate is bright and juicy, with Shiraz lending luscious fruit, Grenache providing a vibrant spice core, and Mataro contributing savoury, smoky complexity and fine-grained tannins.
