Sourced from the estate's oldest plantings, this Chardonnay is wild-yeast fermented and aged in a selection of new and seasoned French oak hogsheads for enhanced complexity. Bouquet: Citrus, nectarine, lychee, almond kernel, and integrated oak. Flavour: White peach, cumquat, and orange marmalade, enriched by subtle spiced oak. Texture: Creamy yet fresh, with flinty acidity and a long, elegant finish. A superb match for seafood.
