Mulline Pinot Gris

This Pinot Gris comes from the single vineyard of New Modewarre, planted in 2002. Crafted in three distinct methods: one-third is tank fermented, one-third is fermented in old French oak, and one-third skin fermented for six days before being pressed into old oak. The wine spends three months on lees before being blended and bottled without fining.

"It’s both textural and tasty. In fact it gives the impression that it’s a cut above the norm. Pear skins, nectarine, cider apple and stone-like characters. Some spice; some spark. Texture in the context of flow. Very good. Dry and serious."
