Mt Duneed Estate Chardonnay

A cool and wet growing season initially limited yields, but a mild and dry harvest allowed the fruit to ripen beautifully, preserving its aromatics and natural acidity. It was an exceptional year for white varieties. The wine matured for 6 months on the lees in French oak barrels, with 15% being new oak.

It presents a pale straw colour and offers an enticing bouquet of nectarine, cashew, and melon. On the palate, it reveals flavours of lemon curd and fig, complemented by subtle oak nuances. The finish is slightly creamy, leaving a delightful texture.
