2021 Mount Mary Triolet

The delicateness and elegance of the 2021 Triolet characterise it.  It is among the purest and most harmonious representations of this special combination we have created in a long time. Citrous, nashi pear, guava, and a trace of passionfruit are detected in the nose. The taste is remarkably persistent despite the palate's lightness and freshness. When compared to previous vintages, the phenolics in this wine have been marginally reduced, giving the palate a smooth, silky texture rather than an overt grip or roughness. All things considered, the wine's inherent nuance and complexity characterise it. Still, this is a wine that begs for considerable cellaring and will reward those who wait with greatness!
